I don’t have to report to work this weekend, slept until quite late in the afternoon and was watching TV programme after i woke up. lazing at home.
Now i am in deep trouble! my internal body clock goes haywire again. I think this will always happened to most guys on vacation with no self limit =O (self-slap in the face).
The reason for my case would be:
i wanted to finish my research and keep enduring and not going to bed.
drink too much coffee which contains caffeine that increase alertness and causes insomnia in moderate doses (but i think im over doses.)
sleeping timing from 1am - 3am and slept at 7am.
feel lonely =(
Sad sad, have to adjust my body clock again by enduring and sleep at the right timing.
Worst part is that out of boredom, I played Bushtarion again. hooked and addicted! HELP~~ SAVE ME!
